Stuffed Mirchi Bhajji

Mirchi Bhajji - a most common snack at Marina beach. The peppers are beautifully tied up in a twine and they decorate the carts in which the vendors sell the hot mirchi bhajji. So today, we shall see about stuffed mirchi bhajji - it is totally healthy as it is not deep fried in oil. Just a shallow fry is enough to get it cooked. Ingredients: 4 tbsp oil salt to taste 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/4 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces 1/4 cup diced carrots 1/2 cup crumbled paneer 5-6 long mirchi/bhajji molaga(in tamil) 1 tsp paneer tikka masala or (1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder) How to make stuffed mirchi bhajji Heat a pan. Add a tsp of oil, mustard seeds and saute the vegetables of your choice. i have used carrot, onion, broccoli. Once the vegetables are cooked 70% then add crumbled paneer to the pan.
