Chia Oats Parfait

Parfait makes a perfect breakfast with absolutely no cooking. You just need a spoonful of oats and chia seeds soaked in milk overnight. Add some fruits of your choice and finally top it with mango ice cream. This is the season of mangoes hence using mango ice cream. Ingredients: 1 tsp chia seeds 2 tbsp oats 1 tsp apple pieces 1 tsp peach pieces 1 tsp kiwi pieces 2 scoops of mango icecream 3 tbsp milk 1 tsp honey Steps: 1. In an ice cream bowl or a jar, pour milk. Add chia seeds and keep it aside for an hour. Chia seeds get soaked well and form a jelly around it. 2.  Add oats to the chia seed bowl and refridegerate it overnight. If you need more milk you can add now. 3. Next morning, add chopped fruits to the chia-oats bowl. 4. Top the chia-oats bowl with two scoops of mango ice cream. Drizzle a spoonful of honey over the ice cream. That's it, the breakfast is ready!

Grilled Salmon Fish

Atlantic salmon fish is one of those rich foods having omega 3 fatty acids. I often cook fish at home. It's either tilapia or salmon. The traditional way of making fish fry is in the tava using little oil, called shallow fry. My mom makes fish fry that way. I used the same masala for fish marination but instead of shallow fry on a pan, i grilled the fish in conventional oven for about 25 minutes. Usually fish gets cooked faster so we might just need to grill for 10 minutes in case of small pieces. I used the big pieces of salmon as such which required about 25 minutes to get cooked completely. Ingredients: 1 pound Atlantic salmon fish 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tbsp oil 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves or parsley leaves 1 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp lemon juice salt to taste Steps: 1. Clean the fish pieces thoroughly by adding a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Then to the fish pieces add

We need to add sesame seeds later as it turns out brown quickly as compared to the peanuts. 2. Let it cool completely. Then add the peanut and sesame seeds mixture to a mixer and grind it to a coarse powder. If you grind nicely, the eggplant curry would become l
