Almonds are rich in proteins, vitamins, magnesium, calcium which provide us a decent amount of daily value nutrients if consumed regularly. Almond's skin cannot be easily digested, hence it's good to soak the almonds overnight in water and remove the skin before consuming. Soaked almonds release more nutrients as compared to the raw ones.
