Eggless Strawberry Ice Cream

Ice creams can be made without the ice cream churner or not even electric blender. There are quite a few recipes I tried of which the mango ice cream and chocolate ice cream are a hit among my family members. This is a 3 ingredient recipe and you can use your mixie for making the ice cream.


1 cup of fresh strawberries
1.5 cups of condensed milk
2 cups of heavy whipping cream


1. Clean the strawberry by removing the green leaves and wash them well.

2. Add the cleaned strawberries to a blender and grind it smooth.

3. Then add condensed milk and blend smooth.

4. Finally, add heavy whipping cream to the blender. Blend it nicely for about 2-3 minutes.

5. Transfer the ice cream mixture to a air tight container or a baking pan or an old ice cream box.

6. I'm using an old ice cream box to freeze the ice cream.

Tip: If using a baking tray, cover it with a cling wrap and then with a foil. This prevents crystallisation of the ice cream.

7. Freeze it overnight or for at least 6 hours for the ice cream to set in.

8. Once the ice cream is set, take it out and keep for atleast 8-10 minutes before scooping out.

8. Scoop it to a waffle cup or an ice cream bowl. Enjoy the ice cream with a fresh strawberry !
