Mango Mastani

Mango Mastani - an amazingly rich in taste and content. I had always thought falooda is the best of everthing when it comes to milk shakes and ice creams, but not until i have tasted Mango Mastani. Even falooda contains mangoes that makes it more tasty. Imagine a drink made with mango pulp, full cream milk and vanilla ice cream - Not just that! Also topped with chopped nuts and a cherry too! Every bit of makes it creamy and delicious. It's quite simple to make it. Let's see the ingredients first.


1 medium sized ripe mango, cut into small chunks
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup full cream milk
1 tbsp chopped nuts, almonds & pistachios
1 cherry fruit or glazed cherry
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream


1. Wash the mangoes. Peel off the skin. Cut it into small chunks.

2. Place the 3/4 of mango chunks into a blender. Add full cream milk.

3. Add sugar. I have used organic brown sugar. Blend the mango, cream milk, sugar into a nice paste.

 4. Take a glass or a tumbler. Fill the cream mango puree, 3/4th of the glass.

5. Scoop in two spoons of vanilla ice cream.

6. Add the remaining mango chunks.

7. Add chopped nuts on top.

8. Finally, place a cherry on top to make it look more appealing. Serve the mango mastani immediately, with a spoon too!
