Vada Curry

Vada curry is one of the most popular side dish in Northern parts of Madras. People just make idlies/dosa or chapati at home and tend to buy vada curry from nearby hotels for their breakfast. It's so yummy.

I live in the suburbs of chennai and vada curry is not prominent in the hotels there. Hence whenever i go the north madras i have this dish bought from the hotels. My mom also makes it at home often.  I tried it for last sunday's breakfast and it turned out amazing. Let me share the recipe for vada curry.
