Cheese cake is the easiest of all the cake recipes i have done so far! Yes, today it's golden oreo no bake cheese cake recipe for my website fans. It's quite easy and very quick to make as we go through the steps, you will realize it soon :)
Here i have used golden orea cookies to prepare the base crust of the cheese cake, you can use the normal oreo cookies instead. Also for toppings, i have used maraschino cherries and shaved white chocolate to give a contrasting look to the cake. I will leave it your taste and imagination to decorate your cheesecake with any of your favourite fruit syrups like strawberry, raspberry, blueberry or blackberry and dark chocolate toppings.
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz butter
1 cup of sugar
15-16 golden Oreo cookies
2 tbsp powdered sugar
8 oz maraschino cherries
How to make Golden Oreo cheese cake
1. In a mixer, grind together golden Oreo crackers and sugar so that it blends well.

Tip: You need to keep the mixer in pulse mode on and off, to get a smooth mixture.

2. Transfer the oreo sugar mixture to a mixing bowl and add an ounce of melted butter. Mix well.

Tip: Using a fork or whisk, you can mix the dry ingredients together.

3. In a round cake tin, add Oreo sugar and butter mixture and level well with your palm or a spatula. Place the tray in the freezer for an hour to set in.


4. Take a large bowl, add cream cheese, butter and heavy whipping cream and beat it nicely till the peak stiffs.

Easy tip: Since i did not have a electric hand blender, i have used the regular food processor for blending the wet ingredients.

5. Transfer it to the cake tin and spread evenly with a spatula. Level it till the top surface of the cake tin.


6.You can also use a butter knife to ease the process.

7. Add in the maraschino cherries as the top most layer. Add in some syrup from the cherries too to look it more colorful.

Tip. You can add strawberries or raspberries or blueberries syrup in place of maraschino cherries. If you are a chocolate lover, you can even add chocolate syrup and any grated chocolate of your choice.
8. Finally top the cheese cake tin with grated white chocolate. That's all! The Oreo cheese cake is ready to go into the freezer for atleast 6 hours or overnight for best results.

9. Remove from the freezer after 6 hours and let it stand in room temperature for 15 minutes. Cut and serve the cheese cake to your loved ones :). A closer look at the cheese cake after freezing!

10. Slice the Golden oreo cheese cake carfully and Serve it cold!
