Coffee shops are more like restaurants these days and people belonging to all age groups go to coffee shops just to chit chat and sip a hot cuppa coffee. These coffee shops offer a variety of coffee flavoured drinks and tea ofcourse. Mocha, latte, cappucino are mostly known terms when we think about ordering and sometimes with whip cream if you are not that fuzzy about those extra calories.

Today, i tried white chooclate mocha at home and it turned out just amazing. Frankly speaking i'm not a great fan of chocolates but if at all there is something i love about chocolates, then that is the white chocolate. I currently have two packs of chocolate chips in my pantry one with dark chocolate and the other with white. Dark chocolate pack was just opened and i did not use it much while with the white chocolate chips, I'm just playing around with recipes. Let me quickly share the recipe of white chocolate mocha, hope you like it too!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of white chocolate chips or grated white chocolate
1 and 1/2 cup of milk, whole milk preferably
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp sugar (optional)

How to make white chocolate mocha:
1. Heat a sauce pan with milk. Bring it to boil.

2. Then simmer down for 5 minutes.

3. Now, add white chocolate chips and sugar if needed.

I did not add sugar as i prefer less sugar and the white chocolate gives enough sugar to the recipe.

4. Stir continuously on low flame for 3-4 minutes or until the chocolate melts.

5. Switch off the flame when it forms a foamy layer. You will see the color of the milk slightly changes.

6. Meanwhile, brew the coffee by adding a tsp of coffee powder to 1/3 a cup of hot water.

7. Pour the brewed coffee to a serving glass or jar.

8. Then pour the white chocolate milk into the serving glass.

9. Tada! white chocolate mocha is ready to sip. Enjoy!

10. Kids would love this recipe as it contains only less then 1/4 of its portion of instant coffee and remaining portion is full of whole milk and white chocolate chips/gratings.
