Brownies are kids favorite and of course my favorite too. The cocoa powder plus the eggs and the chocolate chips make it to taste amazing and melt in mouth dessert. The recipe does not call for any blender or even whisk. You can just mix the wet and dry ingredients with a fork or a spatula. The result is wonderful.

2. Lastly add sugar and mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.

tip: One cup measures 250 ml. You can use any cup for measurement but use it as per the listed quantity in ingredients list.
3. Dry ingredients is ready.

4. Then add half a cup of chocolate chips to the dry ingredients bowl. Mix it well.

5. In a sauce pan, melt together 3/4 cups of butter with a tbsp of chocolate chips.

6. Switch off the flame once the butter and chocolate chip blend well and transforms to liquid form.

7. Add the melted butter + chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients bowl.

8. Beat two eggs using a whisk or a fork nicely.

Tip: The eggs need to be in room temperature.
9. Add it to the dry ingredients bowl.

10. Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients thoroughly without any lumps. The batter remain thick and it needs to be in that consistency.

11. Grease the baking tray with butter and keep it ready. Here I'm using an aluminum tray.

12. Transfer the brownie batter to the greased tray immediately and pat it twice to level the batter.

13. You can level the top layer using a spoon base to level it.

14. Place the brownie batter in the preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted at the center comes out clean.

15. I bake it for 45 minutes. The baking time depends on the oven types and the tray material. So keep an eye on the brownie after 35 minutes to see if it's done.

16. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.

17. Invert the tray onto a plate. Voila! yummy brownie is ready for gulping :)

18. Cut and serve with a choice of your ice cream.

19. The texture of the brownie is little spongy and it tastes so good. If you bake it for more time, it gets harder and you would not get this texture.
