Any noodle variety like egg noodles or the regular noodle will work perfectly for this recipe. I had made this as a breakfast for myself and the kid and it's a hit!
Ingredients:
1 packet hakka noodles or egg noodles (cooked as per packet instructions)
1/2 cup sliced cabbage.
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
5-6 paneer cubes
1 tsp sugar
salt as required
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp tomato ketchup
Steps:
Heat a wok with oil till smoking hot.
Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute for a minute.
Add thinly sliced carrot, cabbage, beans(optional). Saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
Add required salt.
Add sugar.
Stir well.
Add Paneer cubes and saute for a minute.
Add soy sauce.
Add Vinegar.
Add tomato ketchup.
Add cooked noodles.
Toss them well.
Finally add pepper powder.
Add spring onion leaves and switch off the flame.
Paneer noodles is ready for slurp.
Serve the paneer noodles hot!
