Ingredients:
100 gms mutton bones
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2.5 cups of water
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped (for garnishing, optional)
2 tsp cooking oil or butter
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder or as needed
Steps:
Wash the mutton pieces thoroughly in running water for 8-9 times and keep it ready. Heat a pressure cooker with cooking oil.

Add finely chopped onions, ginger and garlic.

Add a sprig of curry leaves.

Add washed bone pieces and mix well.

Add turmeric powder.

Add cumin powder.

Add water.

Add salt.

Cook on medium for 8-9 whistles.

Finally add pepper powder and serve.
