Recently i came across the idea of fruit pizza on a cracker/biscuit base using fresh cream and immediately wanted to try in my kitchen. Voila! the taste was extraordinary and i really like it. Kids party should definitely have this snack in the party table. Do try out this recipe and share your feedback.

Ideal fruits for this pizza snack would be blueberries, raspberries and kiwi. You can also use seasonal fruits like mango, jackfruit as i have used in today's recipe. Watermelon and banana are not suitable for this recipe since they tend to release water. Here are my few kid friendly recipes if you wanna try them out.

Ingredients:
2 bisuits/crackers/cookies
3 tbsp fresh cream
sugar (optional)
a pinch of cinnamon powder
chopped nuts(almonds,cashews,pistachios)
1 tbsp chopped kiwi
1 tbsp chopped mango
1 tbsp chopped jackfruit.
Steps:
Take fresh cream in a bowl and whisk well with a fork.

Optionally add sugar and whisk till combined.

Take cookies/biscuits onto a tray.

Using a knife spread cream over the biscuits.

Then add chopped fruits.

here i have taken kiwi, jackfruit and mango, while mango and jackfruit are from my home garden.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top. You can also add chopped fruits which i skipped for today. You can skip this step if you want.

Tada! amazing snack is ready. serve immediately or chilled overnight.

I could not get over myself from the beauty of this fruit pizza. They just look amazing as well as taste great.
