Green chicken curry is made using coriander leaves and green chillies for the spiciness. Furthermore, greek yogurt or hung curd is used to give the soft texture to the chicken. This is a fool proof recipe as i have tried it multiple times in my kitchen and everytime the taste turns out just awesome and the color of the gravy is so tempting.
I just like the way the curry turned out - it's spicy, the chicken pieces are tender and thoroughly cooked. It can be served with tiffin items like dosa, roti, idli or with just plain white rice. Do try this recipe and share your valuable feedback.
