Ingredients.
1 tsp honey
1.5 cups of water
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
4-5 fresh guava leaves.
How to make guava ginger tea:
To a sauce pan, add water.
Then take guava leaves.
Here i'm picking the leaves from my home garden.
Wash and then roughly tear the leaves; add it to boiling water.
Chop ginger into small pieces and add it.
The leaves change the color within few secs.
Let it boil for 3-4 minutes on high flame.
Switch off the flame.
Finally using a sieve filter out the leaves and ginger pieces.
Enjoy a hot sip of freshly brewed guava tea!
