Mirchi Bhajji - a most common snack at Marina beach. The peppers are beautifully tied up in a twine and they decorate the carts in which the vendors sell the hot mirchi bhajji. So today, we shall see about stuffed mirchi bhajji - it is totally healthy as it is not deep fried in oil. Just a shallow fry is enough to get it cooked.

How to make stuffed mirchi bhajji
Heat a pan. Add a tsp of oil, mustard seeds and saute the vegetables of your choice. i have used carrot, onion, broccoli. Once the vegetables are cooked 70% then add crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Have used homemade paneer.
Add salt.
Add paneer tikka masala or any other masala powder available. If not just add red chilli powder and garam masala powder.
Have used aachi paneer tikka masala.
Mix thoroughly and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
slit chillies and remove the seeds from it.
Stuff cooked paneer-veg crumble into the slit chillies/peppers/mirchi.
Heat wok with two tbsp of oil.
Gently place stuffed mirchi/peppers onto the pan.
Drizzle some oil on top of the peppers.
After 4-5 minutes, flip over the stuffed mirchi.
Cook for another 5-6 minutes on medium flame. The mirchi is thoroughly cooked.
Voila! yummy paneer stuffed mirchi bhajji is ready.
